Description

EDAmame: an appetiser for everyone
Biological datasets are typically diverse, often sparse and require specific expertise to interpret and preprocess or annotate before the "real analysis" begins. EDAmame hopes to help bridge this gap automatically by combining hypothesis-free unbiased human visual exploration championed by Tukey’s decades-old EDA paradigm, with model building and interpretation techniques offered by flexible modern toolkits such as tidymodels and DALEX to perform a quick first-pass overview of any tabular data to potentially uncover glaringly-obvious discriminative signals within, in an easy-to-use interactive manner.
