Important Notice – Drop-In Service Etiquette
We would like to remind all students and staff that the drop-in service is generously supported by colleagues who volunteer their time, in addition to their regular roles at ANU. This service is not a compulsory part of their position, and we are grateful for their willingness to assist the community in this way.
To ensure the service remains sustainable and respectful for everyone involved, we kindly ask that you:
  • Utilise the designated drop-in hours whenever possible.
  • If support is required outside of designated drop-in hours, always make an appointment in advance rather than arriving unannounced to the BDSI suite.
  • Be mindful and respectful of our time, recognising that we are offering this support in addition to our primary responsibilities.
Your cooperation helps us continue to offer this valuable service in a fair and manageable way for all.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
