What you’ll learn:
  • Basic Linux commands
  • Building conda environments
  • Variant calling pipelines
  • Submitting jobs in queuing systems
  • An introduction to the RSB computing infrastructure
Details:
  • Date & Time: 3-5pm, 3rd – 7th March 2025
  • Location: Slatyer Seminar Room, RN Robertson Building
No-Show Policy: A no-show fee of $5 per session will be charged to registered participants who do not attend. If you are unable to join the workshop for any reason, please contact Jiajia in advance.
