BDSI R Training I: Scientific Reproducibility in the Biological Sciences

Dates:  2nd, 3rd, 9th and 10th November 2023 (Total 8 hours) 

Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm 

Students will develop the skills to begin to work with their research data using R/R Studio. These workshops cover setting up R projects, importing data into R, principles of tidy data, basic data visualisation using ggplot2, data wrangling using tidyverse and setting up a reproducible statistical workflow in R.

Supervisor approval must be confirmed.
