Dr Ayman Elgharabawy proposed a novel machine learning neural network for label ranking, regression and classification problems.

Preference Neural Networks can be employed in multiple fields, including image recognition and bioinformatics in biological data. This network is based on a partial ranking of data features. Currently, this approach is used in CSIRO A&F in genomic research for wheat-yielding prediction. 

This research is published this month in IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence.
